I had an intermittent problem with the backup camera for a while showing the map with guidelines over it instead of turning for the rear view camera picture. I thought it was a connection or transmission related problem. Now it's no longer an intermittent problem.

Then the camera worked, but only intermittently around 30-50% of the time. And when it did work, I could see it flickering and that the signal was clearly impaired. Then the technician was able to see that port/switch 35 within the trunk was faulty and was replaced.
