I had read that you need to change the core to snes9x. I changed the core from supafoust (spelling?) to snes9x_libretro.so in the core mapping file for SFC.In general, after starting the game, open the ppsspp window and click Create game config. Then we exit the game and follow the indicated path to find the required config. Open it with some editor and experimentally change the DisplayScale value.
