Hello, I would extremely appreciate any help with instructions on how to enter the diagnostic menu on my Kenmore Elite HE5 Electric Dryer with steam. Model number 110.8772. The unit powers up no problem but the "Sensing/Revising est. Time light stays on. The clean lint tray light also comes on and goes off, but I beleive that is normal operation. This is what is currently working for me: Remove and clean the lint screen every time before starting and make sure it's seated properly. Close the door and add pressure to it while pressing the start button. Hold down the start button momentarily while the dryer starts then release the button. Good luck.
