Faint line on frer.

2. Apr 20, 2014. #1. I have been taking frer every couple days and always see a progression. At 16 dpo the test line was slightly darker than the control. Today (second morning urine) it was the same as 16 dpo, no progression. Just got confirmation of my first CP. Got a "questioning my sanity" faint line at 11DPO with FRER followed by an "I'm entirely certain it's there even if DH can't see it" line at 12DPO but digital was negative and by 13DPO line was slightly fainter than 12DPO. Had beta drawn today, ~5 but my progesterone level is 1 so now just waiting for AF.

So in conclusion, easy@home tests have a darker color in them, and that's why you see a difference.

I HATE frer. Hate them. I prefer clearblue. I got an obvious line on cb when frer had barely a squinter. I can see progression in your cheapies! You also have to remember hcg doubles every 24-48 hours so you may not see a difference each day or a difference between morning and evening , but should every 2ish days.

I had the same happen in September (a week of faint positives that was a CP). Hang in there and let yourself go through the feels. If it’s any consolation, a lot of ladies get their sticky BFP the first couple of cycles after a chemical (but do take as much time as you need to heal emotionally first).

A few days prior to my missed period I had positives on the strips and a digital but then a couple days later the digital was negative but still positive on the strips. From my experience you should be able to see a complete line, even if it was very faint. I have seen the other ladies here only recommending pink dye ones, the first response 6 days early ones (frer) are the most sensitive. @anon1411 *dye run. Maybe try a pink line test like an FRER. At least they are a lot less likely to give you an evaporation line and are very sensitive, more so than boots ones. Try again with fmu.
